Named in honour of our advisor, the late Mrs Barbara Wai, Barbarian Design carries forward her spirit of creativity and innovation in floral art.  Under Barbara’s mentorship, our studio learned to do more than arrange stems - we compose emotion.  From a simple hand‑tied bouquet to wedding florals, festive installations and large‑scale event décor, we design with intention and deliver with grace.

Barbara was a pioneer in imaginative materials and techniques, frequently consulted by major hotels for seasonal displays and signature moments.  That legacy lives in our process: thoughtful briefs, palette and bloom selection by season, meticulous prototyping, and flawless on‑site execution.
